Return Policy
Aponine accepts returns of the product only if;
- The product is considered faulty.
- The product is not worn/used and is in good condition
- The Customer follows the steps set forth in this Return Policy.
Return process of the faulty products:
If the product is considered faulty if the Product delivered to the Customer, which either has an inherent defect or fault or is damaged or has been damaged due to inadequate packaging or is of a different description, quality, kind or quantity than what was ordered by the Customer and the defects must not be caused by the user.
In this case, the Customer have to notify Aponine in 30 days from the date they received their order. You can send us an e-mail via info@aponine.com or write a notification and post it to Tarabya Mah. Kasımpatı Sk. No: 3 A Sarıyer, Istanbul by stating your name, delivery address, phone number, order number and in case of exchange, the item code and reason of the return.
Upon the receiving of the notification, we will reply your e-mail with a return address within 48 hours and inform you of our return address for you to send your product.
Aponine examine the faulty product in 14 days and decide whether the product is faulty the customer perform the necessary steps in the section “How to return/exchange” of this Policy. The decision of Aponine will be delivered via e-mail. If Aponine decides that product is faulty, the product will be replaced with an identical one without defects or the price of the product would be refund as store credits.
Return process of the not worn/used products:
You have right to return/exchange the items you bought from our website in 14 days from the date you received your order, only if;
- The items are not worn/used, are in good condition and the protective transparent seal is not opened.
- The items are in the package along with the original invoice and certificate of authenticity as sent originally.
Please note that customized or resized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
In order to return/exchange any items, you will need to send us an e-mail via info@aponine.com stating your name, delivery address, phone number, order number and in case of exchange, the item code, reason of the return and size of the new product(s).
We will reply your e-mail with a return address within 48 hours and inform you of our return address for you to send your product. After you send us the product and your package has arrived (within 14 days from date of delivery), we will inspect the items and have right to refuse the return if the items are not in good condition or complete as stated above.
If your return passes our inspections, we would refund you with store credits. However, duties and taxes cannot be refunded.
How to return/exchange a product:
- Please follow the instructions below, when packing your return to send back to us:
- Put the jewellery back in the Aponine pouch. Please wrap the pouch with a bubble wrap or a tissue paper for protection and place it in the presentation box.
- Please make sure that you put certificate of authenticity and presentation box with safely packed jewellery in another small bag or pouch before placing in sturdy box. You may use the shipping box, you have received your order in.
- After packing, please make sure the package is sealed securely.
- We recommend you to keep the shipping document until the items reach to us, in case of a lost or stolen package.
Refund and Exchange:
Please note that the return shipping costs will be covered by you and if the items are subject to any custom duties and taxes, these will be deducted from the refund.
Your refund will be realized as store credits within 30 (thirty) days from the date of our e-mail confirming that your return has been accepted.
If you want to exchange your items for other items with a higher price, the difference will be charged and invoiced to you. For the products exchanged with lesser priced items, the difference will be refunded as store credit.
